Santa Pillow Box

Splitcoast has a fun new tutorial this week and I could not help but give it a try. The ideas already made are adorable. This goes together quite quickly and is a good size for a medium sized treat.

I decided to make mine into a Santa box. I messed up a bit on my box. I accidentally made the top the bottom...but it is okay, I covered it up well. Here is a close up of the front buttons and belt.

I added a dangling tag on one of my ribbon handles. I used black for a matt, but if I chose red, I could have added a stamped to & from.

Here is how I attached my ribbon handles to the box base. I have wanted to do this for sometime and this seemed like the perfect chance to use this.

Go on over and give this tutorial a try and post your projects, we all love seeing what everyone comes up with.

Thanks,
