This mini book is just about 3 inches by 2 and a half inches. It has several layers, with the last being on dimensionals. A charm was easily attached during the binding process, but could be added later. 
The pages inside are regular index cards cut in half and each page has a small stamped image in the lower right corner. 
P.S. keep checking, I will be posting images of my newest class...a nautical book. I have been working at it all weekend and all day today and it is finally finished. It turned out really nice if I must say so myself.
