P3 Time Again

The Challenge at Paper Cubed for this month is to create a bookmark. This is a very simply but effective bookmark. I layered two die cut tags from the Two Tags die from Stampin Up together. The top piece is cut, using a exacto blade, around the perforation to make that piece seperate. It is the part that slips over your page. I added the crimping on the bottom as a decorative touch. These ones are Christmas themed but this tag is so versatile you can turn it into any theme.

This is how it fits over your page. Fun, fast and effective....Fabulous!
Thanks,

On the 7th week to Christmas...

Dream, Create and Share taught to me...how to make these cute little bookmarks for my friends.
This fun, quick to make bookmarn slips over the page, rather than being just a flat bookmark. They stay nicely in place as well. I was so excited when I first got this inspiration to make this project, I thought how cute is that!

Here is how it fits over the page. These are so cute...and really fast to make. You do not have to have a winter theme, any theme would work, as for most projects, they are easy to switch up to another theme.
This tutorial is available for $2.00 and ONLY until next weeks posting. Just click the link to buy this tutorial.

Fifth Avenue Bookmark

My daughter, the one who designed the Rustic Star, made this beautiful bookmark the other day. She does lovely work. She made a few other things to, that she said I could post. I will save them for another day.

Here you can see how she added some dimension to her project by shaping the flowers, so they pop off the page a bit. They all, also swivel as they are only attached with the center brad.

I have yet to have my Blog-a-versary winner contact me so I will give her until tonight. If I do not hear from her by then I will do another drawing for a winner Monday morning.

Thanks,
