Baby Boy Brag Mini

Recently had a baby shower to go to and if I'm able I prefer to make a homemade gift. This was it for this shower. A sweet little brag book. I used Graphics 45 paper. and the size is 5" x 7" x 2" .

I used various sizes for the pages.

I die cut half doily pieces using a Tim Holtz on the edge die, and tied some blue seam binding around the cover.

Inside the pages have lots of pockets and tags for photos and journalling.

The binding is a Tim Holtz binder ring and the pages were hole punches using the binder punch, also from Tim Holtz.

Was so much fun to make- love mini albums!

Thanks for stopping by and checking out this post,

Tammy

Twins Boys Baby Album

Here is a cute and quick baby album I made as a shower gift for my cousin and his wife, they are expecting twin boys.
I did this up very quickly as we were going camping the next day.

This is the cover. I love how it turned out. Using flowers from I Am Roses sure makes an album pretty and easy.
The "Twin Boys" is actually from the shower invitation. I thought it would be nice to add it.

This first page has a spot to put a picture of each baby. I also added some templates for the size photo to add to some of the photo matts in the album.

The part that is closed with the ribbon on this page open to reveal a pull out spot for photos and journalling, I forgot to get a picture of it. I was in a such a hurry. No video of this project either. Sorry.

This is the diaper part of the invite used as a pocket for several photo matts. The white part is the template for the photos. I added some embellishments to the diaper to dress it up. The invite was an intesrt inside the embossed diaper. Cute huh?

This page simple has some file folder pockets and a tags that has all the details about baby...you know...size, weight name, etc.

The last page has a workable frame to add a family photo.

I hope you enjoyed this project.

Thanks,

Special Request

My neighbor asked me to make this special guest book for her daughter's baby shower. She wanted pastel colors - blue, pink, green and yellow, a place for Guests from the shower, places for pictures, a place where guests could write parental Advise, a place where visitors to the hospital could be written and a place to record gifts received, otherwise the creation was up to me. She has previously ordered a BABY word book and was pleased with the results. I was a bit nervous but she was very happy with the results. Above is the cover.
Here is just inside the cover, the first place for a picture and some journaling.
and here is the place for guests from the shower. Oh, she only wanted the book 6 pages long. The covers are covered chipboard, but the pages are just cardstock.
Another place for a picture and more journaling.
Here is the page to record gifts received. I also included a place to mark down if a thank you was sent.
and here is the place for hospital visitors to sign. I have not shown the page for the advice since my neighbor immediately wrote her advice down before I took pictures of the book, but it is the same as the other pages except for the title. There was also a couple of pages with just lines for additional writings. I sponged the outside edges of the book. and it is bound with the Bind it All tool. I was unable to print out the lines from my computer cause my printer is not working great, so I used my Stamp-ma-Jig alot to get the lines just right.

well thanks again,

BABY on BOARD....

Sorry for the play on words but could not resist.
This is another book I did recently as a class that went over so well I had to run the class a second time and I am still getting orders for it. We offered it originally in Blue/Green combo for Boys and Pink/Purple combo for Girls, but then someone asked for one that could go either for a boy or a girl and this is what I came up with. I think this is my favorite of them all actually.
Here is another view...

And one more...this page if done right will hold a 4 x 6 picture without cropping!
and here they are in blue and pink...

What do you think ... Should I make these to sell locally? I have been told I should but would like more input before deciding.

Thanks,
