<br />
A few weeks ago, well actually months ( my time flies) I made a red purse for my daughter for her birthday. The neighbours little girl was here and said "I Want one". I then asked her when her birthday was and it was this month. I told he rperhaps she would get one for her birthday.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-tOp7EFK9h44/V-KMaLvNOPI/AAAAAAAAEY4/HZirwhbpYpQ6Hvm-LXOTY8fg_E_RMNUsACLcB/s1600/14192533_1053695351380851_3396558086789741485_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-tOp7EFK9h44/V-KMaLvNOPI/AAAAAAAAEY4/HZirwhbpYpQ6Hvm-LXOTY8fg_E_RMNUsACLcB/s320/14192533_1053695351380851_3396558086789741485_n.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
Time was getting close now and the kids were finally back in school ( I get nothing done with the kids out for summer break) I chose a pattern and then actually decided on this pattern instead. I altered it slightly, as I typically do. It is a small clutch/over the shoulder style purse.<br /><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Lg7YU8OiJZM/V-KMaM4gcgI/AAAAAAAAEY0/aO5q7_zLCXw3-2jOqmBkUbP6_4Ssb6tjACLcB/s1600/14203380_1053695388047514_3940257957748359167_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Lg7YU8OiJZM/V-KMaM4gcgI/AAAAAAAAEY0/aO5q7_zLCXw3-2jOqmBkUbP6_4Ssb6tjACLcB/s320/14203380_1053695388047514_3940257957748359167_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
The pattern I used was from Blue Calla - the Gerbera Mini Crossbody Bag.<br />I did not do the gusset bottom.<br /><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-g99Pn6eBBrw/V-KMaeaLW0I/AAAAAAAAEY8/bSm5AJz0t7coMWX92JObotfkFo7M-XXnQCLcB/s1600/14224937_1053695368047516_5509291704655640580_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-g99Pn6eBBrw/V-KMaeaLW0I/AAAAAAAAEY8/bSm5AJz0t7coMWX92JObotfkFo7M-XXnQCLcB/s320/14224937_1053695368047516_5509291704655640580_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
Inside I did a small zippered side pocket and added a little dragonfly charm to the pull.<br /><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-EpcK_rAP854/V-KMaukxQuI/AAAAAAAAEZE/zCk6KmDUZGoUFV16vHZRyDQhdxgNAV-BgCLcB/s1600/14232597_1053695401380846_4222891633290827847_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-EpcK_rAP854/V-KMaukxQuI/AAAAAAAAEZE/zCk6KmDUZGoUFV16vHZRyDQhdxgNAV-BgCLcB/s320/14232597_1053695401380846_4222891633290827847_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
The back is pretty plain.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-O1Srq98nOpM/V-KMahi3VzI/AAAAAAAAEZA/e8GQYqpEWFEbj4GrjhCQIgM0x0AU6c0kgCLcB/s1600/14237584_1053695331380853_4116876012697498172_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-O1Srq98nOpM/V-KMahi3VzI/AAAAAAAAEZA/e8GQYqpEWFEbj4GrjhCQIgM0x0AU6c0kgCLcB/s320/14237584_1053695331380853_4116876012697498172_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
I die cut some fabric into flower layers and added a rivet to attach to the outside for fun. The shoulder strap is removable.<br /><br />She did get it in time for her birthday, unfortunately I was not there to see her reaction, but her mom said she liked it and so did she.<br />
<br />
Have a creative day,<br />

<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-czv66ihCK_M/V9lVgNmUdvI/AAAAAAAAEYU/0KSwJndG5vUN82vMYBMk2O0OhizK9sftACLcB/s1600/14264070_1060994790650907_6937676485366479892_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-czv66ihCK_M/V9lVgNmUdvI/AAAAAAAAEYU/0KSwJndG5vUN82vMYBMk2O0OhizK9sftACLcB/s320/14264070_1060994790650907_6937676485366479892_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
My hubby asked me to make his mother a birthday card, so I went to Pinterest and said pick something out that looks like a card you would give her. He picked one similar to this. Of course I couldn't make it exactly, 1. I wouldn't have same supplies and 2. that would be unfair to make exactly to the original artist. I love his choice as it is a style I enjoy.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8sa9msual8g/V9lVgCnPDII/AAAAAAAAEYY/cMUIVx2yHgIKHk622zrb-GfhMXq-RVJgQCLcB/s1600/14291629_1060994797317573_4067334108923876522_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8sa9msual8g/V9lVgCnPDII/AAAAAAAAEYY/cMUIVx2yHgIKHk622zrb-GfhMXq-RVJgQCLcB/s320/14291629_1060994797317573_4067334108923876522_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
The sentiment is stamped in permanent Black ink. and then several hearts are added on pop ups to add dimension to it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-zjcVISalSN0/V9lVgK5r7_I/AAAAAAAAEYc/m9xIzliunuEgWrI7ItSjuHENzj_6aqH_wCLcB/s1600/14333697_1060994817317571_7304704857996614033_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-zjcVISalSN0/V9lVgK5r7_I/AAAAAAAAEYc/m9xIzliunuEgWrI7ItSjuHENzj_6aqH_wCLcB/s320/14333697_1060994817317571_7304704857996614033_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
The tag is attached to the twine wrapped around the note page. A sentiment is also stamped in black permanent ink and another heart added to tie it all together.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-a0ETZgNKkZ0/V9lVgRzVn5I/AAAAAAAAEYg/CyXyU_isJUk-CwUp8UDVaEHV8zONUae5QCLcB/s1600/14370402_1060994823984237_7377720508134070699_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-a0ETZgNKkZ0/V9lVgRzVn5I/AAAAAAAAEYg/CyXyU_isJUk-CwUp8UDVaEHV8zONUae5QCLcB/s320/14370402_1060994823984237_7377720508134070699_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
I added sponged vintage photo ink around the edges of the elements except the hearts (oops).<br />

I recently started making handbags. It is very fun to do and I have always enjoyed learning new craft things. This bag is for my daughter, when she found out I made a handbag for myself she stated she wanted one. I told her perhaps for her birthday!</div>
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-eVFW3KJnxIU/V4e5AJtiPBI/AAAAAAAAEXk/2OkNw4mKmHgcvk2CzV9-jxRBhWBdi1WtQCLcB/s1600/2016-06-09%2B10.39.34.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-eVFW3KJnxIU/V4e5AJtiPBI/AAAAAAAAEXk/2OkNw4mKmHgcvk2CzV9-jxRBhWBdi1WtQCLcB/s320/2016-06-09%2B10.39.34.jpg" width="240" /></a><br />
This handbag is my own design but was inspired by a picture of a bag style she sent to me. This bag is really not much like the bag picture but I was pleased that I was able to duplicate the handle attachment as it was quite unique. The inside has a recessed zippered closure.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-LIf9FeGXKZI/V4e5SOExyOI/AAAAAAAAEXo/47PVDZIkKSIEGIuy4WlV4kh153oJ8bmRACLcB/s1600/2016-06-09%2B10.39.50.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-LIf9FeGXKZI/V4e5SOExyOI/AAAAAAAAEXo/47PVDZIkKSIEGIuy4WlV4kh153oJ8bmRACLcB/s320/2016-06-09%2B10.39.50.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
There are also slot pockets on one side and a side zippered pocket on the other side on the inside of the bag.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Ac_a_k0bzpY/V4e5SmqDocI/AAAAAAAAEXw/vD6Uke3ERMEdq8qW2bL8CLRDqL6YRB7wwCLcB/s1600/2016-06-09%2B10.39.58.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Ac_a_k0bzpY/V4e5SmqDocI/AAAAAAAAEXw/vD6Uke3ERMEdq8qW2bL8CLRDqL6YRB7wwCLcB/s320/2016-06-09%2B10.39.58.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-KnIcqubeV-M/V4e5SdP1y-I/AAAAAAAAEXs/mmkjQuvy9ZUe69HHq5fpBlaTbiyq-WE6QCLcB/s1600/2016-06-09%2B10.41.32.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-KnIcqubeV-M/V4e5SdP1y-I/AAAAAAAAEXs/mmkjQuvy9ZUe69HHq5fpBlaTbiyq-WE6QCLcB/s320/2016-06-09%2B10.41.32.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
The bag is a good size and had handles for carrying and also has a detachable shoulder strap. The shoulder strap does not need to be removed as it can be tucked inside the bag and does not show. It has a firm bottom with bag feet as well.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wcgUM6VDpmQ/V4e5V8p0z3I/AAAAAAAAEX0/VXZvSVJHwug3ze8rge6qkD3i6ceUCFenwCLcB/s1600/2016-06-09%2B10.42.48.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wcgUM6VDpmQ/V4e5V8p0z3I/AAAAAAAAEX0/VXZvSVJHwug3ze8rge6qkD3i6ceUCFenwCLcB/s320/2016-06-09%2B10.42.48.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
It is soft sided, but could easily be made rigid by the addition of a firmer interfacing.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-AzjXPuG8SNw/V4e5ZXm-z9I/AAAAAAAAEX8/CSc_htMT7-4IFa0E6YFlEKKqJ9mAeSeIACLcB/s1600/2016-06-09%2B11.54.29.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-AzjXPuG8SNw/V4e5ZXm-z9I/AAAAAAAAEX8/CSc_htMT7-4IFa0E6YFlEKKqJ9mAeSeIACLcB/s320/2016-06-09%2B11.54.29.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
My favorite part of the bag was the handle attachment and being able to figure out how to duplicate it from the picture sample she sent me.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4wt1xhnwxx0/V4e5YDTbegI/AAAAAAAAEX4/9GyHMgR5T3sRNX8IlylspD0VNEJQnrC1ACLcB/s1600/2016-06-09%2B13.53.04.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4wt1xhnwxx0/V4e5YDTbegI/AAAAAAAAEX4/9GyHMgR5T3sRNX8IlylspD0VNEJQnrC1ACLcB/s320/2016-06-09%2B13.53.04.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
Here she is receiving the bag and she was in love with it. I have to say when I seen her using it I felt so excited, cause then I knew she really did love it!<br />
<br />
Happy Birthday Jessica! Recently had a baby shower to go to and if I'm able I prefer to make a homemade gift. This was it for this shower. A sweet little brag book. I used Graphics 45 paper. and the size is 5" x 7" x 2" .<br />

Our sister's in our church monthly visits our sisters and present a spiritual message and check on their personal welfare. This month's is on Marriage is ordained of God. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
After reading the message this is a handout idea that came to mind.</div>

As a couple works individually towards the Lord, they also get closer to each other. This handout is interactive and shows how they achieve this. You can use this idea for your visiting teaching if you wish.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
First I cut a piece of blue card stock in half longwise.</div>
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-NeasTSUsk-I/Vrj_ro3OiwI/AAAAAAAAEUA/n8tdj1qkRRo/s1600/IMG_6167.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-NeasTSUsk-I/Vrj_ro3OiwI/AAAAAAAAEUA/n8tdj1qkRRo/s320/IMG_6167.JPG" width="240" /></a><br />
Then I die cut a heart out where I wanted the fold line to be. I did not want to cut through the whole way so I positioned my cut plate only over the part I wanted to cut.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-flIEVHlnZAc/Vrj_r5G_r8I/AAAAAAAAEUE/u34hGhIAqzE/s1600/IMG_6168.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-flIEVHlnZAc/Vrj_r5G_r8I/AAAAAAAAEUE/u34hGhIAqzE/s320/IMG_6168.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
I then folded at the bottom of the cut out.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7Vk3T_GLMas/Vrj_ri4_oMI/AAAAAAAAEUI/ERrDyi9dqEg/s1600/IMG_6169.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7Vk3T_GLMas/Vrj_ri4_oMI/AAAAAAAAEUI/ERrDyi9dqEg/s320/IMG_6169.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
This left a space at the bottom back that was longer than the front, this is because the people attatched later kind of hang down past the edge.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tOJjZkwwgjA/Vrj_stTUGqI/AAAAAAAAEUM/QyVbLQ_Dc3Q/s1600/IMG_6170.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tOJjZkwwgjA/Vrj_stTUGqI/AAAAAAAAEUM/QyVbLQ_Dc3Q/s320/IMG_6170.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
I then used a die to cut out figures representing a man and a woman.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jZyhrAYYtXI/Vrj_tJ-WZGI/AAAAAAAAEUQ/Fis_WJTgFFI/s1600/IMG_6171.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jZyhrAYYtXI/Vrj_tJ-WZGI/AAAAAAAAEUQ/Fis_WJTgFFI/s320/IMG_6171.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
I copied the part of the message that went with his handout and pasted to the inside of the card<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-B1EjN41e968/Vrj_tKqGxII/AAAAAAAAEUU/3l5KH31yPD0/s1600/IMG_6173.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-B1EjN41e968/Vrj_tKqGxII/AAAAAAAAEUU/3l5KH31yPD0/s320/IMG_6173.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
On the cover of the card I punch 3 holes using a 1/16th inch hole punch as shown in image.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-c0M0G8zgMHg/Vrj_tRo6IdI/AAAAAAAAEUY/TGjDuOzScv4/s1600/IMG_6175.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-c0M0G8zgMHg/Vrj_tRo6IdI/AAAAAAAAEUY/TGjDuOzScv4/s320/IMG_6175.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
I then punched two holes in each figure as shown. They are slightly angled on purpose as they will be sliding up the string on an angle.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-bP7IiAf9vuw/Vrj_uBx7r1I/AAAAAAAAEUc/x4XblN6FMTU/s1600/IMG_6176.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-bP7IiAf9vuw/Vrj_uBx7r1I/AAAAAAAAEUc/x4XblN6FMTU/s320/IMG_6176.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
I then cut string about 18 inches long and threaded through the top holes in a figure<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KpQbVsq80SQ/Vrj_uRp2bjI/AAAAAAAAEUg/zPTaAX_7N5c/s1600/IMG_6177.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KpQbVsq80SQ/Vrj_uRp2bjI/AAAAAAAAEUg/zPTaAX_7N5c/s320/IMG_6177.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
try to center mid way on string<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-me81risnTDA/Vrj_uTG0s8I/AAAAAAAAEUk/_T36xCQwXfU/s1600/IMG_6178.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-me81risnTDA/Vrj_uTG0s8I/AAAAAAAAEUk/_T36xCQwXfU/s320/IMG_6178.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
then thread top piece through hole on top of card<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-GkMK5cLY56Y/Vrj_u_rM7fI/AAAAAAAAEUo/0r5hJRADg7M/s1600/IMG_6179.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-GkMK5cLY56Y/Vrj_u_rM7fI/AAAAAAAAEUo/0r5hJRADg7M/s320/IMG_6179.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
and the lower piece through the bottom side hole on card<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3EGOAPs238o/Vrj_vQIi2PI/AAAAAAAAEUs/ThW8eBQRBFw/s1600/IMG_6180.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3EGOAPs238o/Vrj_vQIi2PI/AAAAAAAAEUs/ThW8eBQRBFw/s320/IMG_6180.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
turn card over and pull string end towards top of card trying to keep them even<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sgn6ojCAS7g/Vrj_vSeX81I/AAAAAAAAEUw/ZKTU4vxhrQM/s1600/IMG_6181.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sgn6ojCAS7g/Vrj_vSeX81I/AAAAAAAAEUw/ZKTU4vxhrQM/s320/IMG_6181.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
tie in a knot at the top hole as shown<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OEgIj2qVMyc/Vrj_vh0WlYI/AAAAAAAAEU0/LHVIArtct7o/s1600/IMG_6182.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OEgIj2qVMyc/Vrj_vh0WlYI/AAAAAAAAEU0/LHVIArtct7o/s320/IMG_6182.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
then pull leftover string towards bottom of card and knot off two pieces together<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-CZ821QRzFAA/Vrj_wQRehTI/AAAAAAAAEU4/rFjxV463AVg/s1600/IMG_6183.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-CZ821QRzFAA/Vrj_wQRehTI/AAAAAAAAEU4/rFjxV463AVg/s320/IMG_6183.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
this will be your pull cord to lift figure closer to the lord.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-VwBYscc8-6w/Vrj_wtvPrjI/AAAAAAAAEU8/g1-tFIUgoHE/s1600/IMG_6184.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-VwBYscc8-6w/Vrj_wtvPrjI/AAAAAAAAEU8/g1-tFIUgoHE/s320/IMG_6184.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
I then made a small tab to put over to keep it on the side of each person so the strings didn't get tangled.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qCx2SjU3Wik/Vrj_wjnXv6I/AAAAAAAAEVE/ZTfotfTmixQ/s1600/IMG_6185.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qCx2SjU3Wik/Vrj_wjnXv6I/AAAAAAAAEVE/ZTfotfTmixQ/s320/IMG_6185.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-_IjxrvkcvPo/Vrj_xBHHn7I/AAAAAAAAEVA/rvMzDsRjT5A/s1600/IMG_6186.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-_IjxrvkcvPo/Vrj_xBHHn7I/AAAAAAAAEVA/rvMzDsRjT5A/s320/IMG_6186.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
Thread other figure onto card as done for first figure but on the other side of card, going through the same top hole.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-_MzhThrw27g/Vrj_xtFgr4I/AAAAAAAAEVI/e8LhXIqPL7s/s1600/IMG_6187.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-_MzhThrw27g/Vrj_xtFgr4I/AAAAAAAAEVI/e8LhXIqPL7s/s320/IMG_6187.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
Finish off the same as for first string<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-5cSWP1dWPo0/Vrj_xx83y-I/AAAAAAAAEVM/-zeLw4S48tY/s1600/IMG_6188.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-5cSWP1dWPo0/Vrj_xx83y-I/AAAAAAAAEVM/-zeLw4S48tY/s320/IMG_6188.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
Turn card over and gently pull figures to the bottom of the card<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-0yCRm_0zTDQ/Vrj_yO4MhBI/AAAAAAAAEVU/SNLXET4jrPc/s1600/IMG_6189.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-0yCRm_0zTDQ/Vrj_yO4MhBI/AAAAAAAAEVU/SNLXET4jrPc/s320/IMG_6189.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
I then used a small piece of pop up adhesive to attach a heart to each figure, being careful to NOT cover the string<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QFvhOtcIpW8/Vrj_ypjoVpI/AAAAAAAAEVQ/MNYuKw9Akb0/s1600/IMG_6190.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QFvhOtcIpW8/Vrj_ypjoVpI/AAAAAAAAEVQ/MNYuKw9Akb0/s320/IMG_6190.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-brms3BdJUMk/Vrj_zMachoI/AAAAAAAAEVY/zmt_M4wW5Ws/s1600/IMG_6191.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-brms3BdJUMk/Vrj_zMachoI/AAAAAAAAEVY/zmt_M4wW5Ws/s320/IMG_6191.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
Then I printed a small image of the Savior , die cut it out with a circle punch and attached it to the front of a larger heart<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9TiW899quAw/Vrj_zTanObI/AAAAAAAAEVc/QsvF-V4IKVA/s1600/IMG_6192.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9TiW899quAw/Vrj_zTanObI/AAAAAAAAEVc/QsvF-V4IKVA/s320/IMG_6192.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
On the back of this heart I added several pop ups and then adhered to top of card, centering inside the die cut card base heart and being careful, again, not to stick to the strings.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WRzQDsKqRs4/Vrj_z2lRg8I/AAAAAAAAEVg/nGhlQBiE7IY/s1600/IMG_6193.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WRzQDsKqRs4/Vrj_z2lRg8I/AAAAAAAAEVg/nGhlQBiE7IY/s320/IMG_6193.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-N7CXRfoWQ0s/Vrj_0HPfBZI/AAAAAAAAEVk/66d2tl3jH3M/s1600/IMG_6194.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-N7CXRfoWQ0s/Vrj_0HPfBZI/AAAAAAAAEVk/66d2tl3jH3M/s320/IMG_6194.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
You can now pull on the strings and see the figures move towards the Savior and also get closer to each other.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-x37oGs5cm3o/Vrj_0kiHuuI/AAAAAAAAEVo/hWcn0_ug6mA/s1600/IMG_6195.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-x37oGs5cm3o/Vrj_0kiHuuI/AAAAAAAAEVo/hWcn0_ug6mA/s320/IMG_6195.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
This is them both at the top<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vWZAojGQF0A/Vrj_0rOqtvI/AAAAAAAAEVs/uCf5utr86LY/s1600/IMG_6196.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vWZAojGQF0A/Vrj_0rOqtvI/AAAAAAAAEVs/uCf5utr86LY/s320/IMG_6196.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
To pull them back down turn card face over and slide knot back to the top.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4bT4c8FNtmw/Vrj_1FLHlfI/AAAAAAAAEVw/SbgsO9nTjVs/s1600/IMG_6197.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4bT4c8FNtmw/Vrj_1FLHlfI/AAAAAAAAEVw/SbgsO9nTjVs/s320/IMG_6197.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-YCbuSWLNY7g/VCbCC-p4RgI/AAAAAAAAEMo/Jmj6FVNdi50/s1600/Leaf_confetti_giftbag.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-YCbuSWLNY7g/VCbCC-p4RgI/AAAAAAAAEMo/Jmj6FVNdi50/s1600/Leaf_confetti_giftbag.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The confetti will gently fall out of the bag as recipient removes gift</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ddO8Dw6m_WI/VCbCCtU63SI/AAAAAAAAEMk/aFWaGAGVYRw/s1600/Leaf_confetti_giftbag2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ddO8Dw6m_WI/VCbCCtU63SI/AAAAAAAAEMk/aFWaGAGVYRw/s1600/Leaf_confetti_giftbag2.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The bag tag/card was made using the leftovers from my store anniversary make-n-takes with the sentiment changed out to a Birthday sentiment.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-7p9ARJvrhv8/VCbCC0WAq8I/AAAAAAAAEMs/KajRLd8h-zI/s1600/Leaf_confetti_giftbag3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-7p9ARJvrhv8/VCbCC0WAq8I/AAAAAAAAEMs/KajRLd8h-zI/s1600/Leaf_confetti_giftbag3.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The leaf die cuts were gently crumpled to look more like actual leaves and to add dimension</div>

This is the Accucut die Leaf-Autumn in the smaller size. I also have the larger album sized die of this same leaf. </div>

<br />
I created these three cards for a class.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ManlvT_ODBc/U3Nqsjn31TI/AAAAAAAAELM/BZ1sO4vijwk/s1600/dad_trio.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_288474="null" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ManlvT_ODBc/U3Nqsjn31TI/AAAAAAAAELM/BZ1sO4vijwk/s1600/dad_trio.jpg" height="320" width="240" yta="true" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I used a peek a boo technique for each card.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-5IrsDtnZwfw/U3Nqxll2kBI/AAAAAAAAELU/DLYx53W1Whs/s1600/dad_1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_288474="null" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-5IrsDtnZwfw/U3Nqxll2kBI/AAAAAAAAELU/DLYx53W1Whs/s1600/dad_1.jpg" height="320" width="240" yta="true" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This card used Stampin Up's ever popular Top Note die for the card mat. I used a Tim Holtz Mover & Shapers circle to cut out the hole.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Behind the hole I added several gears, also Tim Holtz, to create a peek into effect. I created the pocket watch using another Tim's die and a circle punch and then a stamped clock face punched out with another circle punch slightly smaller then the one for the mat.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I added a fishtail sentiment and for a final touch adhered a metal gear to the top. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-iuPVk8UxjLw/U3NqywwLCJI/AAAAAAAAELc/5E4ghc0i7NI/s1600/dad_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_288474="null" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-iuPVk8UxjLw/U3NqywwLCJI/AAAAAAAAELc/5E4ghc0i7NI/s1600/dad_2.jpg" height="320" width="240" yta="true" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I like to call this one the leather card, because the glassine paper used gives the look of leather. Again cut the mat from Stampin Up's top note die. Then used Two different My Favorite Things alphabet set dies to create the Dad cutout. I adhered a second layer of the Top note die cut behind the first. The added some vintage finding die cuts as final touches with brads added to the holes.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-rhNBPxbuPIU/U3Nq0VHUcsI/AAAAAAAAELk/si7bb__iZD8/s1600/dad_3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_288474="null" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-rhNBPxbuPIU/U3Nq0VHUcsI/AAAAAAAAELk/si7bb__iZD8/s1600/dad_3.jpg" height="320" width="240" yta="true" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The last card was a center fold out card.</div>
I used a Baroque die from Tim Holtz for the front mat and for the inside sentiment mat as well.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I adhered the front mat to the left side of the front opening. I then cut a MY Favorite Things Viewmaster wheel and cut 6 of the matching pieces to cover the openings. I stamped them with a small font to spell out THANKS and then adhered to the back of the wheel. I finished the wheel with a game spinner and brad in the center. I then adhered to the top and slightly to the right on the mat.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I added a die cut alarm clock by Tim Holtz. This card was not keen on staying closed so as it's final touch I added the photo turn closure in the lower right corner.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Thanks,</div>

It has been created for an upcoming class at a local crop.<br />
The die shape is from Accucut craft - Sewing Machine and is so fun to work with.<br />
<br />
There are five pages with a flip up on the cover.<br />
<br />
I hope you enjoy this project as uch as I enjoyed making it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sO7b9aUqRMw/UztpajIDTpI/AAAAAAAAEKc/p0L8GzdJi2o/s1600/January+2014+1575.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_847599="null" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sO7b9aUqRMw/UztpajIDTpI/AAAAAAAAEKc/p0L8GzdJi2o/s1600/January+2014+1575.jpg" height="239" uta="true" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
When I saw the Sew Lovely paper from Carte Bella, I just kne wit was perfect for this album.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-S2FRIu29BLk/UztpkN3haHI/AAAAAAAAEKk/9iUVIZPFbMM/s1600/January+2014+1584.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_847599="null" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-S2FRIu29BLk/UztpkN3haHI/AAAAAAAAEKk/9iUVIZPFbMM/s1600/January+2014+1584.jpg" height="239" uta="true" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I made the cover have this flip up because it just seemed to work with the layout. Reminds me too how you have to open parts on your machine to oil or thread. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-fnKIjQsq9_U/Uztp7z9JAhI/AAAAAAAAEKs/d73SbPVbKDE/s1600/January+2014+1577.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_847599="null" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-fnKIjQsq9_U/Uztp7z9JAhI/AAAAAAAAEKs/d73SbPVbKDE/s1600/January+2014+1577.jpg" height="239" uta="true" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The remaining pages are filled with pockets and tags and fun embellishments. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7Z2rfqzx8iw/UztqNM41v_I/AAAAAAAAEK0/23PumGtxbTM/s1600/January+2014+1579.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_847599="null" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7Z2rfqzx8iw/UztqNM41v_I/AAAAAAAAEK0/23PumGtxbTM/s1600/January+2014+1579.jpg" height="239" uta="true" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I was also able to use another Accucut die-Sew Cute</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lM1mH6o1i0w/UztqTLqP2RI/AAAAAAAAEK8/ZhwHXJgc5-s/s1600/January+2014+1580.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_847599="null" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lM1mH6o1i0w/UztqTLqP2RI/AAAAAAAAEK8/ZhwHXJgc5-s/s1600/January+2014+1580.jpg" height="239" uta="true" width="320" /></a></div>

We R Memory Keepers has come out with four new punch boards, and I was able to play around with a few today. I made the following gift bags. I try to think outside the box and made them bigger than instructions for the board allows.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-eKXtWCn9Lu0/UrXxnrRFlVI/AAAAAAAAEJA/SMZ391YEqcI/s1600/1476032_548882661862125_515298805_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_222155="null" gua="true" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-eKXtWCn9Lu0/UrXxnrRFlVI/AAAAAAAAEJA/SMZ391YEqcI/s320/1476032_548882661862125_515298805_n.jpg" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The first is one that is 7" wide. You can actually make it as wide as 9 1/2" using two pieces of 12 x 12 cardstock. I am hoping to get a tutorial on YouTube to show you how.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-gE6AvILEBh8/UrXxqyWtuQI/AAAAAAAAEJI/GYPCGFpJjp0/s1600/1484253_549008815182843_1543555015_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_222155="null" gua="true" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-gE6AvILEBh8/UrXxqyWtuQI/AAAAAAAAEJI/GYPCGFpJjp0/s320/1484253_549008815182843_1543555015_n.jpg" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This is the smallest width that the board instructions allow for. I am going to see if I can make a smaller one...</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jZg-QWmI3S8/UrXxsnVvPuI/AAAAAAAAEJQ/p2mYX5ckmOw/s1600/1491596_548940768522981_1069839353_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_222155="null" gua="true" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jZg-QWmI3S8/UrXxsnVvPuI/AAAAAAAAEJQ/p2mYX5ckmOw/s320/1491596_548940768522981_1069839353_n.jpg" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This is another 7" wide one but is not as tall. I used mostly Graphics 45 papers. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KimFU1SnOEg/UrXxvSapS6I/AAAAAAAAEJY/KuAAq3iup8E/s1600/1478953_549009908516067_1483483016_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_222155="null" gua="true" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KimFU1SnOEg/UrXxvSapS6I/AAAAAAAAEJY/KuAAq3iup8E/s320/1478953_549009908516067_1483483016_n.jpg" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
You can see there is quite a difference between the sizes, so you can make a good variety of bag sizes using this punch board. Making homemade packaging for gifts is just too fun.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-KlkGOu9QNJQ/UrXxzXeF2XI/AAAAAAAAEJg/_MtcqxuCAvQ/s1600/1475968_548872301863161_820407560_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_222155="null" gua="true" height="239" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-KlkGOu9QNJQ/UrXxzXeF2XI/AAAAAAAAEJg/_MtcqxuCAvQ/s320/1475968_548872301863161_820407560_n.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Here I used the candy box punch board but this box is much larger than the directions allow for. This used a full size 12 x 12 paper.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m0UULdMrdxY/UrXx3Bt1TXI/AAAAAAAAEJo/o4KSFNgND2I/s1600/1504014_548841188532939_1313596400_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_222155="null" gua="true" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m0UULdMrdxY/UrXx3Bt1TXI/AAAAAAAAEJo/o4KSFNgND2I/s320/1504014_548841188532939_1313596400_n.jpg" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
And here I tried Bona's tutorial on making a double pillow box... as she states it is a little tricky but looks adorable when finished. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
These punch boards are so fun and easy to use. There are lots of fun tutorials on YouTube as well.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I can see these will be a great addition to the studio.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Thanks for checking me out today,</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas </div>

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VMS5uLdthuY/Up9qRm3xlGI/AAAAAAAAEIo/DRGVsKX1xKo/s1600/dcands+spring+summer+and+fall+1133.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_465305="null" eua="true" height="239" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VMS5uLdthuY/Up9qRm3xlGI/AAAAAAAAEIo/DRGVsKX1xKo/s320/dcands+spring+summer+and+fall+1133.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Troy's grandmother had a birthday recently and she is in a home. We went to visit her one evening and there were so many deer in the yard eating from the bird feeders and they weren't scared away from our presence at all. That is what the inspiration is for this card.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Mnv_gFpQeJc/Up9qV5uzzFI/AAAAAAAAEIw/hd9rS5Zgmxo/s1600/dcands+spring+summer+and+fall+1130.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" closure_lm_465305="null" eua="true" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Mnv_gFpQeJc/Up9qV5uzzFI/AAAAAAAAEIw/hd9rS5Zgmxo/s320/dcands+spring+summer+and+fall+1130.jpg" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The scene is made using sponges of a light blue and a green ink on the die cut mat. I used a memory box die for the mat. I them used three tres memory box die and cut one apart from the three. I inked the edges for a bit of dimension. I then die cut a leaping deer, also Memory Box die. I tucked him behind the one tree just a bit. I then tied a ribbon around the mat before adhering to card front using pop ups. I then attached the sentiment on a fishtail banner curving slightly by running it over the edge of my scissors.I then decised toa dd some die cut grass fro a My Favorite Things die.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I really like how the scene turned out. This would also make a great card for a guy who likes to hunt or just likes nature.</div>

<br />
The Invitation uses A9 Cards - Frame die number NC102 and Envelope Pocket die EV825<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-jq8-ZTR31KQ/UZ5s9k6doxI/AAAAAAAAEFE/QrEeH-7sqVs/s1600/293009_10200845491246805_1739606539_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-jq8-ZTR31KQ/UZ5s9k6doxI/AAAAAAAAEFE/QrEeH-7sqVs/s320/293009_10200845491246805_1739606539_n.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
The Escort card is made using #10 card inserts die number NC669 (2 of 2). The smallest insert and is then folded in half. I then used Jar Accessories die number J1039 and used the label die shape. <br />
The process to get the name centered was fun to do but quite easy to repeat.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FHOP8ncpxYc/UZ5s9nAGolI/AAAAAAAAEFM/8HHZknbxF0Q/s1600/580148_10200845470686291_2063817885_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FHOP8ncpxYc/UZ5s9nAGolI/AAAAAAAAEFM/8HHZknbxF0Q/s320/580148_10200845470686291_2063817885_n.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
The Menu also used A9 Cards - Frame die NC102 and I created the mat using the same die.I can hardly wait for the new pinnovation dies that are already a perfect mat for this shape.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xOoohO8B8a8/UZ5s-b_Ie4I/AAAAAAAAEFg/MWahXvmZ8OQ/s1600/65673_10200845486806694_848225479_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xOoohO8B8a8/UZ5s-b_Ie4I/AAAAAAAAEFg/MWahXvmZ8OQ/s320/65673_10200845486806694_848225479_n.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
The Seating Arrangement was made using the negative from Seals die NC658 as the top layer and the printout as the bottom layer.<br />
I cut away the top center tab to allow for the title.<br />
And I see a gem fell off. There should be a second gem on the right side of the title.<br />

This was a birthday card I made for my mother.</div>
Inside I listed 10 things I wished for her in the coming year<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fC0dcJ6zHhA/UX1ayVj6iAI/AAAAAAAAECM/qHAjI0WXrck/s1600/IMG_3327.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="239" lwa="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fC0dcJ6zHhA/UX1ayVj6iAI/AAAAAAAAECM/qHAjI0WXrck/s320/IMG_3327.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
She really liked the card. A group of us, family and friends, got together and took her out to Swiss Chalet.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I cherish the bits of time I get in my scrap room. I miss my freedom to be creative on a whim.</div>

The show runs from 4-6pm with a fashion show afterwards.</em><br />
