Baby Boy Brag Mini

Recently had a baby shower to go to and if I'm able I prefer to make a homemade gift. This was it for this shower. A sweet little brag book. I used Graphics 45 paper. and the size is 5" x 7" x 2" .

I used various sizes for the pages.

I die cut half doily pieces using a Tim Holtz on the edge die, and tied some blue seam binding around the cover.

Inside the pages have lots of pockets and tags for photos and journalling.

The binding is a Tim Holtz binder ring and the pages were hole punches using the binder punch, also from Tim Holtz.

Was so much fun to make- love mini albums!

Thanks for stopping by and checking out this post,

Tammy

SEW Lovely Mini Album

I am sew excited to share this lovely mini album with you.
It has been created for an upcoming class at a local crop.
The die shape is from Accucut craft - Sewing Machine and is so fun to work with.

There are five pages with a flip up on the cover.

I hope you enjoy this project as uch as I enjoyed making it.

When I saw the Sew Lovely paper from Carte Bella, I just kne wit was perfect for this album.

I made the cover have this flip up because it just seemed to work with the layout. Reminds me too how you have to open parts on your machine to oil or thread.

The remaining pages are filled with pockets and tags and fun embellishments.

I was also able to use another Accucut die-Sew Cute

I haven't posted all the pages but you can check out the video to see the whole album below.

Thanks for checking it out.

This is so adorable, it fits in the palm of your hand. There is just something so fun about mini mini albums.

The tiny suitcase opens up to reveal a tiny mini. I also love mini albums that are relatively quick to make.

Inside there are pages with pockets and simple yet fun embellishments. You can see the video for this project below.

Tim Holtz Mini

I was lucky enough to be one of the few to purchase, at quite an expense, a Tim Holtz mini kit from his Etsy shop. It arrived and I have completed putting it together. Above is the contents before assembly. It does come with extra supplies that do not get used in the album. There is extra tissue tape and letters.

Here is the finished album. It is quite small but adorable. It took just over an hour to assemble and aside from the tissue tape, I had no difficulty with it. The tissue tape was quite difficult to get started, it kept tearing to the side. Once I got it going it worked great. I recommend making sure it is going good before starting to use it on your projects.

There are several pockets inside with an assortment of pages. There are tabs with labels.

The pockets open from the top and are sealed on the bottom and sides using the tissue tape included in the kit.

I love this little project but definitley feel it was way overpriced.
Did I enjoy it: YES!

Would I purchase another from his Etsy: Tot Sure!

Only because I feel it was way overpriced for what it included. $55.00 for the above materials. Shipping was also expensive.

Tutorial: Fair, was only typed instructions. No pictures except on the cover page. It does include the measurement so you can easily recreate additional books.

I am a Tim Holtz fan and hope this doesn't come across otherwise.

It is an adorable mini album.

Thanks,

Say Cheese!

After seeing the amazing camera album made by Anna, I knew I had to make one. Mine is not as detailed as hers but I still love how it turned out.
The album base is made from an Accucut die and you can buy them from me here under die cuts.

I had lots of die shapes that I could use for this album - several filmstrip pieces, one from Sizzix, one from Tim Holtz and one from My Favorite Things.

The front of each page is embellished so that the opening can still be seen. On this page the filmstrip acts as a pocket.

The back of each page has a flap that opens, like an old fashioned camera, where there is a photo matt for a picture.

The back of the flap is also embellished so they will still open. This one has a doily die cut as a pocket that holds a folder insert.

And I love I Am Roses flowers so I used them throughout this project.

I was able to stamp several of this BINGO cards when I was at a friends house scrapbooking. It is so adorable. I may need to search for this one and buy it. I added dangling tags and charms to each of the pages.

I hope you enjoyed seeing this project. I will try to get a video done, but may not be until the new year as I am working a lot and have to still get ready for Christmas.

Thanks,

I was asked to make this CHEER word book as a custom order, the lady was planning on donating it to a auction to raise money for Cheerleading. I hope it went well.

The colors were black, white and baby blue. I really enjoyed this color combination.

This is a fun little album to cherish your cherrleading memories.

Anyway, hope you enjoyed seeing this fun little project.

Santa'sStocking Mini

Here I have made a mini using Stampin Up's new Holiday Stocking die and new Peekaboo Frames die. I used Letters to Santa designer paper also from Stampin Up.

I used the peekaboo frames to create embellishments for the pages and adhered them so that they also act as pockets to be able to tuck photos in behind.

I used flowers fro Prima and I Am Roses to embellish as well. The ribbons are from Stampin Up.

This is my next class. Hope you enjoyed seeing the peek at this project.

thanks,

Contest Entry

Hi Scrappers,

Here are a few pics of my contest entry. I used this project for two contests, One with I AM Roses, in which they are choosing the winner based on most "likes" I am currently in second place, so if you want to help me win , please check out the video here and clcik the LIKE button please and thank you!

I also used it for an Accucut Halloween contest entry. The box is an Accucut die called Box-Gable (3D). It is a great little box. It is about the size of my hand, so not too little.

I was able to use Tim Holtz's mini cabinet card die to make the mini for inside this box.

Here are a couple of the pages. They are small so not able to do too much with them, and needed to fit the mini back into the box.

This is a fun set of pages, the moon is actually a tag that pulls out.

Thanks,
