Vacation Mini

This mini was a quick project made in an evening at the request of my daughter.

She wanted a gift for someone and needed it ASAP. My camera did not do a great job on the color for the pictures and the minis is gone before I could retake and photos, so although they don't look like the pages really do coordinate.

Since it was a travel themed mini, I made several Post Card style inserts that would be great for photos and journaling.

I also made some tickets that could be used for recording details about photos.

This is a pretty simple page, just tuck in a few photos.

Some tags...got to have tags!

A fun photo matt with a flower embellishment.

And the last page.
Hope you enjoyed this cute mini. The photos don't do it justice but they are all I have.
Thanks,

Valetine for My Sweety

Here is the card I made for my Sweety for valentine's day. It is a viewmaster style card.

and here is the inside. I stamped the rose vine heart off several times before stamping on the background and then stamped the sentiment over the top. I them used the same red ink to stamp the SWAK and lips.

The front is quite dimensional. It is hard to see.

Here is the first of the sentiments in the window.

and the second....

and the third...

and the last. I stamped off the heart before stampin to paper and then added the sentiment over the top.
I hope you enjoyed this card. It was fun to make and my Sweety loved it!
Thanks,

Look What I walked in On!

I walked into my craft room after realizing the boys-my son and my grandson-both three years old, were not playing in the bedroom. I went looking to find them here and doing what they thought was great fun, all over the craft room floor.
They had all sorts of my ink pads, permanent ink included, out and had rubbed them all over the carpet. Luckily I got to it while it was still semi wet. I was able to get most of it out, but not all of it.
I wanted to cry but didn't.

Changing Things Up!

Things are being changed around in my house. The plan is to sell the house this year and finally build a home.

We have been renovating, repairing, rearranging and recycling.

Renovating by updating some fixtures and flooring.

Repairing things that just had been left undone for too long and were looking really bad.

Rearranging the rooms. I now have an exercise room. The living room is going where my craft room was and my craft room is going where the living room was. This is the biggest switch as both room have too much stuff, so in the process

Recycling...I am recycling stuff. I have a tonne of books to give to a local second hand book store. I have funature to find new homes for. I am going to give my excess scrapbooking/ crafting stuff to my sister and niece, since they love to craft but rarely purchase anything for it. Clothes I donate as well. It is hard to find new homes for furniture for some reason.

The house is looking pretty good right now...well except for the craft and living rooms because I am still in the middle of switching them around.
Anyway, this is why I have not been posting anything lately. Work is also keeping me busy but not too bad.
I will post pictures of the room when it is finished and perhaps do another video.

Thanks,

PaPer Cubed December Challenge

Here is my submission for Paper Cubed's December challenge. The challenge was to create some type of organizer for the holidays. This is what I came up with. I will post a video of it tomorrow.

Here is the inside. There are tabbed divided sections, and pockets for assorted items. The inside section is removable so when it is used up you can replace it and still use the cover.
I hope you enjoyed this fun planner
Thanks,
